JCSR provides immediate open access to its published content. Readers may access the journal's articles online without subscription or payment to read the full text.

The journal supports the dissemination of scholarly research by making published articles accessible to researchers, students, practitioners, and the wider public. Access to an article is subject to the applicable copyright and licensing terms stated in the journal's Copyright Notice.

Open access does not remove the requirement to acknowledge authorship, cite sources properly, or comply with the applicable licence when reusing published material.
